Our beautiful home-like facility houses a maximum six residents for whom we provide all the activities of daily living 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This includes: walking, feeding, dressing, transferring in and out of bed or wheel chair, grooming, showering, incontinence care, and companionship. Other small tasks include taking vitals, making beds, cleaning, preparing meal trays, administering medications, and reporting any physical or mental changes to the managers. The medications are pre-prepared for the staff. As a C N A, you are never left alone with the residents, someone is always here to help you. You will NOT be physically lifting the seniors. We provide the necessary Hoyer Lifts. Our seniors are not aggressive since we do not accept such residents. We are welcoming you here as an extension of our small family and you will be respected as the professional that you are. We expect our staff to show up on time and communicate properly. We are currently hiring afternoon shifts starting at 4:00pm until 9Pm. Once you start here, we will re-evaluate you at one month's end and then your salary will increase according to your performance.
