Also takes meals to room-bound Residents and feeds as needed Assist with toileting residents with a schedule or per their request Re-position those residents who are bed bound or wheelchair bound at frequent intervals Monitor skin integrity of incontinent residents frequently and inform the Vice President of Quality and Clinical Services/Manager of Health Service Assist with ambulation and transfer of residents Take temperature, pulse, respiration, height and weight as trained and required upon admission as needed Completes appropriate and required documentation each day Attend in-service education Maintain a positive attitude and cooperation with the other departments and represents the nursing department at interdepartmental meetings Other duties as needed or assigned by the Vice President of Quality and Clinical Services/Manager of Health Service Must hold a current and unencumbered certification as a nursing assistant recognized by the State of Michigan. A year of geriatric experience is preferred. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
