Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Description
Become part of a beautiful journey of care for those who need us most. Our newly built facility is home to six wonderful seniors who depend on us for all of their Activities of daily living (ADLs). Currently we only have three seniors in the home. The ADLs include: feeding, transferring, grooming, showers, incontinence care, medication dispensation. Other tasks are just simple home keeping such as making beds, doing laundry, doing dishes, cleaning the house, and preparing simple meals. Most of the cooking is done by the owners. The best part of working here is that we are small and you will not be alone or overwhelmed with your care duties. Being small affords us the ability to focus on our individual tasks and to complete them while giving our residents the best standard of care in Michigan. We were told by numerous hospice and home health agencies that we literally set the standard in senior care. We are picky about our residents that we admit here. We try to avoid the abusive types. That said we are also looking for CNAs who will go that extra mile because they care about the residents. Due to the fact that our seniors are completely dependent on the CNA's care, we want team members that show up on time and do not miss too many days of work. A sing on bonus is available after six months of working with us. If you like it here, this can turn into a full time job for you. here is our we address so you can see our facility: www.24-7seniorcare.com
