AHP Home Health Care, Inc. is looking for caring and compassionate home care aides and CNAs to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of others. AHP provides a variety of non-medical services that allow patients to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging and/or dealing with other daily living issues with dignity, care and compassion. The starting pay is $15 per hour with expected increases according to contractual negotiations. The higher range refers to caregivers who are able to provide total care (requires heavy lifting and hoya lift operation). We are receiving referrals daily for Jacksonville and surrounding areas...and if you live in Nassau or Clay county, we can supply you with a strong client base. Build your client base and hours that fit your schedule. Duties may include, but are not limited to: *Companionship and conversation *Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation *Medication and appointment reminders *Assistance with grooming and bathing *Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues *Accompanying client to appointments Requirements to be an AHP care aide includes: *Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect *Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner *Have a Level II background or complete one *Have a current CPR certification or agree to training upon hire with our provider *Current Driver's License and car insurance *Have at least 2 years of caregiving experience
