Located in Janesville, Wisconsin, Rock Haven (128 bed skilled nursing facility) is searching for individuals committed to quality care, resident well-being, and teamwork, consistent with Rock County’s core values of honesty, integrity, and respect. Our RNs provides nursing care and helps with the coordination of care for our resident in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Requirements: · Completion of accredited nursing assistant course . · Long-term care experience preferred. Special Requirement · Current certification with the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry. -As of January 27th 2022, the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services has mandated that all employees of skilled nursing facilities are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
