Person Centered Care ~~We would like to share an awesome story about Person-Centered Care demonstrated by an amazing CNA and Housekeeper at River Bluff. These two employees were going to order pizza for their lunch break and they thought some of the residents might enjoy a couple slices of some good greasy pizza. Figuring the residents would only want a couple of toppings they decided to ask and much to their surprise they wanted the toppings loaded. I guess if you are going to indulge, go all in! They all truly enjoyed their lunch that afternoon. The residents had a smile on their face that will last a life time in the hearts of those two employees. Thank you both for going above and beyond, always thinking of the residents….. CNA's River Bluff is looking to fill full and part time positions, days, nights, and weekend shifts.
