Located in Janesville, Wisconsin, Rock Haven (128 bed skilled nursing facility) is searching for individuals committed to quality care, resident well-being, and teamwork, consistent with Rock County’s core values of honesty, integrity, and respect. Our RNs provides nursing care and helps with the coordination of care for our resident in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Requirements: • Registered Nurse with current Wisconsin Licensure in good standing. • CPR Certification or evidence of continued attendance at CPR updates • Long-term care experience preferred. • May need to stay past the normal shift until relieved in order to meet minimal staffing requirements. • As of January 27, 2022, the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services has mandated that all employees of skilled nursing facilities are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
