In Home Case

Job Summary Personal care activities that assist the client with activities of daily living which include (but are not limited to):  Personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, assisting to bathroom or in using bedpan, grooming, care of mouth, skin, nails, and hair  Ambulation assistance and help with prescribed range of motion exercises  Self-administration of medication and/or use of health maintenance equipment  Transferring, including moving in and out of bed and Mobility in and around the home and range of motion exercises  Socializing with the client,  Cooking, meal, and snack preparation, measuring and preparing special diets  Running errands  Transport to and from appointments, shopping and/or other activities  Help with household related activities such as meal planning and preparation, dressing assistance, laundry, light housekeeping, and keeping the home neat and tidy.  Dementia/Alzheimer’s Care  Hospice Care Requirements and Skills  Reliable transportation and Valid Insurance  Must speak English fluently; bilingual is a plus!  Ability to pass a nationwide background check and drug test.  Current CPR & PPD/Chest X-Ray.  The ability to follow-through and be on time with a smile to any shift you have committed to cover.  Current TB Screening
