*Help patients with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, moving in bed, and standing and walking
* Assist with safe transfer activities and ambulation.
* Assist with prescribed exercises, which the patient and home care aid has been taught by
a physician or family member.
* Communicates with staffing coordinator on a regular basis, and notifies of any changes
or need the client may have.
* Keep daily record notes of client's care and submit to agency for safe record keeping.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
