Job Description: Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) to join our team at Deen Family Home Healthcare. As a C.N.A., you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our patients and supporting our healthcare team. Responsibilities: Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Provide routine healthcare services, such as taking vital signs and assisting with medical procedures. Ensure patient comfort and safety by maintaining a clean and organized environment. Support patients in their mobility and assist with transfers as needed. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement and adjust care plans. Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team. Foster a positive and supportive environment for patients and their families. Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Document patient care activities accurately and timely. Requirements: Certification: Active and valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.). Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Previous experience as a C.N.A. is preferred. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy and compassion in providing patient care. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move patients safely. Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks. Availability: Flexibility to work day, evening, night, and weekend shifts as needed. Criminal Background Check: Successful completion of a criminal background check. Current CPR Certification: Preferred.
