Caregiver Duties
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Follow the schedule of duties as provided on the individual care plan for each resident.
- Function as a team, assisting coworkers and your client's family as the need arises
- Monitor food intake, functional status, taking action as required to promote your client's well-being.
- Properly complete and chart all ADLs in a timely manner,
- Other duties as assigned by the Administrator.
Position Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid CNA license or PCA certificate
- Must have an acceptable criminal background record check.
- Must keep a current certification in emergency first aid and CPR.
- Must have a clear tuberculosis screening upon hire
- Must be able to bend/stoop, climb, reach above shoulder level, kneel, balance, push, pull, squat, crouch, lift
