Desired candidate will be responsible for assisting with ADL's for senior Safely transfer client to and from the bathroom during night shift Infection control by using proper hand washing techniques Assist in fall prevention Read write and record pertinent information Monitor for sudden change in mental status Report to oncoming shift Work under nursing supervisor Must be a Certified Nurse with 1 year experience Must have high school diploma or equivalent Must have CPR and First aid prior to starting
