Nursing Assistants - $5,000.00 Sign-On Bonus Do you love taking care of people? Do you like helping improve the lives of others? Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time, we'll make it work! If you're not certified, we'll help with that too! We will invest in you and provide you the class and test. You get paid during your class time and On the Job Training (OJT) time. (Disclaimer: OJT CNA's get $1 less per hour until certified and are on the MN Nursing Registry.) All positions do work every other weekend and rotating holidays. We pay for experience and offer shift differentials for evening, overnights, and weekends. Additional benefits include employee referral bonuses, sign-on bonuses, and individuals who join the team as casual/on-call and only work weekends, eligible to receive overtime pay every weekend worked, after their qualifying weekend, for the exact hours worked the previous weekend. Job Description The position provides quality, direct resident care in all activities of daily living including, but not limited to, dressing, grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, transferring, walking and positioning. The Nursing Assistant provides individualized physical, psychological and social support to residents while maintaining dignity and achieving their optimal level of functioning. The Nursing Assistant interacts with family, visitors and other health care providers while implementing the plan of care for residents. Qualifications: Must successfully complete the course and competency test and get on the Minnesota Registry within four (4) months from the date of hire. Must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be able to take written and verbal instruction from supervisors. Must be able to communicate with resident's, visitors and staff. Must qualify for employment, after criminal background check.
