Current opening: Full-time and Part-time PM and Overnight positions available, with shift differentials. Will pay for experience. Each position works every other weekend and rotating Holidays. Qualifications: Licensed as RN or LPN within the State of Minnesota Coordinate and deliver resident care so that optimum quality is achieved. Responsible for the safety of residents and staff. Ensures that all duties and responsibilities of staff are completed during assigned shift. Perform weekly charting and vital signs as scheduled Prepare and transcribe physicians orders Assist with physician rounds to coordinate care Other duties as assigned We offer shift differentials for evenings, overnights, and weekends. Additional benefits include employee referral bonuses, sign-on bonuses, and individuals who join the team as casual/on-call and only work weekends, eligible to receive overtime pay every weekend worked, after their qualifying weekend, for the exact hours worked the previous weekend.
