Full-Time/Part-Time Caregivers: $21-$25 per hour!

Always Best Care Seattle seeks to build a core team of experienced caregivers, and currently has all shifts available. Our caregivers provide excellent and compassionate 1:1 in-home personal care and companion care for clients throughout the Seattle Metro area. Schedules: Day, Evening, and Overnight – Specific hours based on client needs and Caregiver availability/preferences Pay Range: $21-$25 per hour depending on experience and type of shift What We Offer: - Weekly Paychecks - Referral Bonuses - Flexible hours - Training and Free Continuing Education credits - Referral Bonuses - PTO (paid time off) + Sick Pay - Mileage Reimbursement (on the job) Position Responsibilities: - Develop strong relationships with clients - Assist clients with activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, eating, and bathroom needs - Light housekeeping to promote a safe and clean environment for client’s home - Transportation to appointments and shopping/errands - Companionship and supervision Requirements: - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) - Previous senior care experience - Must be at least 18 years old - Must pass background check and drug test prior to hire - Work authorization required - Maintain current state driver’s license and dependable insured automobile - Must have effective oral and written English communication skills to work with clients/families
