Our senior living community is currently seeking 2 Resident Care Associates to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care Team. You will be working in both units. Your working environment is a beautiful facility in the Petoskey area. The ideal candidate will be capable of working on their own as well as within a team.
The pay rate for this position is between $16, and $19 per hour.
40 hours per week
Shifts are 2nd or 3rd.
Every other weekend is required.
Insurance benefits are available.
You will assist only 5 residents.
Responsibilities:
Respond to resident questions and requests for assistance in a timely and respectful way.
Recognize and respond to residents' physical, psychological, and social needs.,
Maintaining accurate records.
Responding to changes in residents' conditions.
Communicating vital health information with family members, physicians, nurses, and other professionals.
Help with bathing and grooming.
