Caregiver - Full and Part-time

The objective of this position is to provide professional caregiving services and enable clients to remain independent in their own homes. Tasks can include assistance in the areas of personal care, walking and exercise, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments and other errands, maintaining a log of client care. We have clients who require care 24/7, so a very flexible schedule is available. We have a number of available shifts that range from 3 to 12 hours. This allows caregivers options for their preferred working hours. Starting wage is $13.50, initial raise after 90 days, provided benchmarks are met (example: on time, no call offs), with potential additional raises during the first year, holidays paid at time and a half, we will pay for both the time to take and the continuing education credits necessary to keep certifications, we will pay recertification fees, accruing PTO (paid time off) after 90 days.
