Current Openings On Call- All shifts Day Shift CNA- 6:00am-2:30pm, 5 on 2 off/5 on 3 off rotation Eve Shift CNA- 2:00pm- 10:30pm, 5 on 2 off/5 on 3 off rotation Noc Shift CNA- 10:00pm- 6:30am, 5 on 2 off/5 on 3 off rotation Benefits: -SEIU775 Membership & Representation -$4,000 Sign on Bonus for full time, paid out every pay period for first 9 paychecks -Competitive Wage, determined during interview based on prior experience as a CNA -Referral bonuses for full time licensed staff -Hazard Pay* -Shift differential for Evenings, Nights & Weekends -Bonuses for picking up extra shifts* -Generous PTO & 9 recognized holidays -Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance -Voluntary Aflac Benefits *Subject to change per needs of facility Position Summary As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will care for a group of residents each shift to ensure that their needs are met while providing excellent ADL care and promoting the psychosocial well being of each resident. Our CNA’s follow the care plan to meet the needs of each individual resident, assist the residents in maintaining the highest quality of life possible within the functional limitations of each resident and observe and provide a comfortable, clean, safe environment at all times. -Gives/receives the nursing aide report upon reporting in and ending shift duty hours. -Reads and has basic understanding of behavior management programs. -Must be respectful to residents, visitors, co-workers and interact appropriately for this setting. Residents and proper care are the number one priority for this facility. -Must possess a positive attitude and understand the importance of teamwork. -Observes and provides a comfortable, clean, safe environment at all times. -Reports any suspicions or allegations of abuse or neglect to the LN right away. -Answers call lights whenever and wherever needed. -Handles on-call responsibilities as required. Requirements: -Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License in Washington State OR -Current Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) license in the State of Washington IF you have graduated from a Washington State Approved Certified Nursing Assistant Course within the past year and plan to take the Written & Skills test to obtain your CNA license within four months of hire. -Covid-19 vaccination required
