Provide support in mobility and transfers using equipment like Hoyer lifts, ensuring patient safety at all times. Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Engage with patients in meaningful ways to enhance their emotional well-being and social interaction. Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques. Assist with medication administration under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
