RN or LPN needed for great facility in Wellesley!

We are currently seeking a qualified RN/LPN to join our team 11pm-7am full time (40 hours) or part time (16-24 hours) and also a fulltime nurse for the 3pm-11pm shift. Sign on bonus for full time hire and benefits start on hire date! Duties include: - Directing the functions of the nursing assistants. - Make written and oral reports/recommendations concerning the activities of your shift as required. - Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required. - Chart all reports of accident/incidents involving residents. Follow established procedures. - Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician. - Review residents' charts for specific treatments, medication orders, diets, etc as necessary. - Implement and maintain established nursing objectives and standards. Requirements include: - a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or University or be a graduate of an approved RN/LPN/LVN program. - a current active license to practice as an RN/LPN in the state of Massachusetts and be in good standing with the Board of Nursing (recent grads waiting for NCLEX are ok) - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Prior experience working with seniors is a plus.
