We are seeking a reliable, experienced caregiver to assist a senior male client. Responsibilities include Morning safety check and assist with blood pressure monitoring throughout the day. Assist with safe transfers and mobility (walker as needed). Fall prevention supervision, Medication reminders, Meal preparation and hydration monitoring, Light housekeeping and laundry, Grocery shopping and errands, Transportation to medical appointments, Companionship and engagement,Technology assistance as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with Parkinson’s clients preferred
Familiar with orthostatic hypotension and fall risk management
Patient, calm, observant, and dependable
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Reliable transportation
Able to lift/assist safely
