We are currently hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) for full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling across day, evening, night, and weekend shifts.
What You'll Do
As an HHA with Guardian Home Healthcare, you will provide personal care and supportive services to clients in their homes, including:
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Supporting clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Providing companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
- Assisting with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition or behavior to the supervising nurse
- Documenting care provided accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements
Active Florida HHA Certification - 75 hour (required)
Reliable transportation (required)
Compassionate, dependable, and patient demeanor
Ability to work independently in a home setting
Strong communication skills
