Hospice Aides Needed!!!

Location: Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Kern, Ventura & surrounding counties Employment Type: Per Visit Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience Description: Caring Joy Providers is seeking compassionate and dependable Hospice Aides (CHHAs) to join our growing hospice team. The Hospice Aide provides personal care, comfort measures, and supportive services to hospice patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. We are looking for individuals who are patient, reliable, and committed to providing dignified end-of-life care. Responsibilities: Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, oral care, toileting, and dressing Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation Perform light housekeeping tasks related to patient care Support patients with comfort measures and emotional reassurance Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN Case Manager Follow the established plan of care and hospice policies Document care provided according to agency standards Maintain infection control and safety protocols at all times Requirements: Active California Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification (required) Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation Current TB test and physical exam Must be able to pass background check and provide 2 references CPR certification preferred Ability to assist with lifting, turning, and mobility needs Compassionate attitude and strong communication skills Experience in hospice or home care preferred but not required
