HOME HEALTH AGENCY SEEKING HHA OR CNA Job Responsibilities Include: -monitor patient condition observing physical and mental condition, intake and output -support patient by providing light housekeeping and assistance with laundry, preparing meals and snacks -Assists patients by providing personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming -Helping bed bound patients with turning and repositioning -maintains safe and secure health patient environment by following home care policies and procedures. -good at documentation and communication Qualifications for the Position: Home Health Aide Certificate or CNA License Driver's License CPR Card Current and Valid Auto Insurance CEU's- Alzheimer's Certificate CURRENTLY HIRING FOR: 3-12 HOUR DAY SHIFTS MORNINGS, EVENINGS, AND WEEKENDS AVAILABLE $12.00-$15.00/HR
