Our office is located in Maitland, FL however we service patients in Brevard, Orange, Osceola, and Brevard counties. Position Summary We are seeking dedicated and Florida-certified HHAs to join our growing team of home health professionals. As a HHA with Alignment Healthcare Services, LLC, you will provide direct personal care and clinical support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. This is an independent contractor position. Flexible scheduling is available to accommodate your availability. Responsibilities • Assist clients with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting • Support clients with ambulation, transfers, and mobility as directed by the care plan • Provide medication reminders (non-administration) per client care plan • Prepare light, nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed • Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, tidying, and sanitizing • Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement • Assist with grocery shopping and errands as needed • Observe and promptly report any changes in client condition to the supervising RN • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided • Follow individualized client care plans and agency policies at all times Requirements • Completion of a Florida-approved HHA training program (minimum 40 hours) or equivalent • Current HHA certification or documented training verification • Level 2 background screening clearance • Current CPR/BLS certification • Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation • Proof of current auto insurance • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within the past 12 months • Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or documented personal) Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with elderly, post-surgical, or medically complex clients • Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) a plus • Familiarity with electronic visit verification (EVV) systems • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional conduct Check out our Website at: www.myalignedcare.com
