Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant

Mega Nursing Services Inc is seeking compassionate and reliable Aides to join our team. As an Aide, you will provide critical care and support to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Your role will involve assisting patients with daily living activities, providing companionship, and promoting their overall well-being. Responsibilities: Provide personal care services to patients in their homes, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Assist patients with mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and safety precautions. Assist with medications, as directed by the supervising nurse. Provide companionship and emotional support to patients, engaging in conversation, and assisting with recreational activities. Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up. Keep accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care and communicate with the supervising nurse or physician about any changes in the patient's condition. Qualifications: Be able to pass level 2 background Have a physical within the last 2 years. Current certification as a Home Health Aide or CNA license. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision. Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine desire to help others. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
