Full-Time, Part-Time or PRN for all shifts

Heritage Home of Florence is a family owned and operated skilled nursing facility in the middle of Florence, SC. We offer short term rehab and long term care. Heritage wants dedicated staff that truly care about the residents. Many of our staff have been with us for many years, some up to 20 years. To those staff we offer health, dental, vision and life insurance, and the facility pays approximately 80% of the costs. Heritage also offers a profit sharing plan which is 100% funded by the facility, and 401k plan in which the facility matches donations up to 100% based on percentage of the employee's donation. Some incentives are overtime, emergency salary advances, and cash Christmas gifts. Pay is based on experience and reputation, with increases based on merit.
