Job Description:
LPN’s to provide consistent, high-quality care by identifying resident needs and progress, medical assessments and promotion of team approach to resident care. This position also provides support to Resident Care Specialist/CNAs with resident care and charting.
Duties Include:
-Administer and document medications given
-Perform treatments and assist physicians
-Observe, record and report observations
-Assess resident needs and provide care
-Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
-Licensed as Practical Nurse in the state of Indiana.
-Requires the ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 60 pounds frequently.
-Experienced preferred.
Schedule
-Full and part-time, evening and night shift nurse
-Hourly rate based on experience
-Weekend shift pay: $1.00 additional per hour.
-Evening shift diff: $1.00 additional per hour.
-Night shift diff: $2.00 additional per hour.
-Weekends and Holidays: Must work every other weekend and every other holiday.
