LVN FOR HOME HEALTH AGENCY

We are looking to fulfill position for LVN for growing Home Health Agency located in Camarillo. We are looking for a kind and passionate LVN to work in patients' homes to provide care for them. An LVN's responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, assisting healthcare professionals and consulting patients' families. As an LVN you must have a passion for helping others as well as the patience needed to assist difficult patients or family members. A good LVN balances empathy and professional care without compromising either. Job Description: Monitor patients' vital signs. Ensure that patients take their medication. Observe patients' progress throughout treatment. Consult patients' families about the patients' progress. Reports to RN for any changes in patients condition. Responsible for charting in a timely manner, Takes initiative to make phone calls to Dr.'s office when needed. Reports any missed visits. Requirements: Must have current LVN license Own liability insurance. Have own care with up to date car insurance. Ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Professional conduct at all times. Ability to keep patient information confidential. Excellent interpersonal skills. OUR OFFICE IS A CHILL ENVIRONMENT :)
