Looking for LVN or RN's for 4 bedroom facility with 4 clients.

Duty Statement: • Provide necessary nursing care to consumers residing at the facility following the Individual Health Care Plan and Nursing Care Plan within scope of Vocational Nursing Practices Act • Shall work closely with the RN Consultant to ensure the Individual Health Care plan and Nursing Care Plan are revised as needed • Shall ensure consumer’s right are not violated • Shall notify the attending physician immediately of any sudden and/or marked adverse change in signs, symptoms, or behaviors exhibited by the client • Train and assist staff with activities of daily living for consumers
