As a Personal Caregiving Attendant (Caregiver) you have a front-row seat to the amazing life stories of the wisest people on earth, and the privilege of providing services to them on a daily basis. This includes anything from shower and dressing assistance, encouraging participation in social-recreational activities, to serving them lunch in their beautiful dining room.
Team members perform resident care with an awareness of dignity and individuality, with understanding and compassion. Embrace teamwork and collaboration with supervisors and co-workers and have the ability and willingness to learn quickly.
