FT Registered Nurse

RN needed for Adult Day Health Care setting located near downtown Sacramento. Duties include: Conducting assessments, development and implementation of the plan of care, care coordination with the primary care physician, functioning as a vital member of the multidisciplinary team and supervising LVNs and CNAs. Experience with mental health, frail elderly, and or intellectual disabilities preferred.
