Visiting Patients at their home and performing the Admission process. Once the Start of Care (SOC) is complete, submit Charting and create the Plan of Care (POC) using the KINNSER Software. We have several PRN positions available and can become Full Time within 3 months. Benefits are only for Full Time Staff
