Licensed CNA will provide personal care and assistance to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate and caring nature, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist with mobility and transfers, including the use of assistive devices such as walkers and wheelchairs Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature Report any changes in the patient's condition to the healthcare provider Requirements
