Working under the supervision of Clinical Management, the RN’s mission is to provide the best possible person centered care for our residents. Job responsibilities include: · Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team to provide the best possible care. · Identifies resident care requirements by establishing personal rapport. · Delivers care in accordance with resident care plan, policies and procedures of PVE, and principles of relationship-based care. · Assures quality of care by adhering to standards; measuring health outcomes against care goals and regulatory standards. · Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with regulations. · Documents resident care services by charting. · Maintains continuity among nursing teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. · Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops (provided on-site). · Other duties as assigned.
