Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description

Our facility is locally owned & operated by the Ottawa County Commissioners and managed from within.
RN delivers clinical services and oversees unit with max census of 15 residents and supervises LPN & STNA for direct care duties during the shift. Census and acuity determine staffing on a daily basis.
Every other weekend schedule - Oversee facility for clinical and staffing for the shift.
Know that your residents will receive great care - RELY on the facility to have needed supplies on hand for resident care you can be proud of!
Floor orientation is provided for a MINIMUM of 2 work weeks. New Grads welcome - orientation provided up to 6 weeks.
Currently looking to fill a 6a-6:30p Charge Nurse position is on our Short Term Care unit - Cottage Cove.
EXTRAS THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
$3/hour shift differential after 6pm
$1/hour weekend differential from Friday 6pm - Monday 6am
