RN Job description
As a provider of hospice services covering the entire high desert, we are looking to hire a compassionate and caring RN. As a valuable member of our team, you will enjoy a friendly professional working environment where your contribution will have a positive impact on your patients and their families. The hours will be 30-40 hours a week.
Responsibilities:
· Identify physical and environmental needs of the patient.
· Maintain documentation per Medicare guidelines.
· Provide care and utilize infection control measures.
· Provide continuity of care for patient.
· Maintain patient confidentiality.
· Attend clinical meetings.
· Take on-call shifts one weekend per month.
Requirements:
· Must be flexible in work hours.
· Flexible schedule.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Valid driver’s license.
· Valid car insurance.
· Reliable transportation
