Registered nurses needed for Home Care. Experience with IV administration, Picc line and Midline experience with maintenance. Wound care experience. Disease process education to families and patients. Medication education to families and patients. RN required for Start of Cares in home setting RN required for Recertifications in home setting. RN required for Discharging patients when goals met in home setting. Communication skills with office personnel for continuum of care. Employees paid under a per diem basis, per patient , wages differ according to type of visit. Bi-Weekly payroll.
