Works independently and as a team. · Review Medication Administration Record (MAR), Individual Service Plan (ISP) documents for tracking, individual’s medication, and doctors’ orders to ensure compliance at least monthly or whenever there is change in condition of the individual’s health and/or environment. Collaborating with schedule coordinators and office staff Traveling about 25% of the time; completing home visits within the surrounding Atlanta area.
