A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A REGISTERED NURSE (RN) As a Registered Nurse / RN Supervisor, assess residents, supervise staff, and provide customer service to residents and families. You arrive for each shift determined to ensure that our residents enjoy the highest possible quality of care. You always encourage a healthy and safe working and living environment for both residents and staff. In this leadership role, you are responsible for making critical decisions during situations that inevitably arise while providing care at the facility. Your excellent interpersonal skills come in handy as you care for our residents. And, your attention to detail helps you with your assessments and supervisory responsibilities, including assisting with scheduling. When it comes to personal and private information, you are always tactful and discreet. Making a positive impact on the lives of our staff, patients and their families brings you a great deal of satisfaction! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A REGISTERED NURSE (RN) SUPERVISOR RN License WORK SCHEDULE We are now offering regular 8-hour shifts as well as Baylor shifts for RNs.
