Home Health Visiting Nurse RN

We are seeking a full-time/part-time home health visiting Nurse/RN to join our team. -Skilled Nurse has clinical nursing knowledge, physical assessment, teaching and procedural skills -ability to do assessing, planning, providing nursing care in accordance with the physician’s plan of care and Advent Home Health policies and procedures -completes documentation effectively and timely The Skilled Nurse: -graduate of an accredited nursing program -have a current Illinois license as a Registered Nurse -at least 1-year nursing experience in home health settings -have a current CPR certification -excellent communication and time-management skills -has an insured vehicle and a valid driver’s license -has the ability to make visits and provide skilled nursing assessment and care in the home -coordinate with therapists, physicians and anyone else involved in the patient’s care plan -salary depending-on-experience ($55 - $65 per visit)
