Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description
Valley House Rehabilitation Center is a 201 bed beautifully remodeled long and short term care center striving to provide state of the art rehab and residential long term care. This facility is a leader in the region and offers services for specialized care. QUALIFICATIONS: The Certified Wound Care Treatment Nurse is responsible for providing specialized, direct nursing care to a specific group of patients with stomas, fistulas, pressure sores, drains, incontinence or other skin/wound problems. In addition, the Wound Care Treatment Nurse provides education to nursing staff regarding this patient population and develops plans of care, evaluates achievements of nursing outcomes, revises plans and monitors the ongoing quality of care given to these patients. Must have be a CA licensed RN. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $41-$44 per hour. $6,500 Sign On Bonus pay out structure: $3,250 paid after 90 days is completed. $3,250 paid after of 6 months.
