Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description
Oakdale Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center has openings for full time RN or LPN’s on our day, evening, and nights shifts and includes every other weekend. These positions are on our sub-acute and long term care units. Family-owned, High-Quality care for over 50 years Responsibilities: · Initiates and implements patient care plan · Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders · Administers medications and intravenous solutions as stated in facility policy · Continually assesses individual patient needs and develops individualized resident care plans · Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of residents as necessary This is a brief description of some not all required responsibilities.
