Yes, my ex-wife there with a hip replacement. She’s only crying and crying and tears lack of support for her lack of emotion for her. They did not Passion for the patient they are supposed to give her a pain medicine at she has a very serious pain. She has also a block to in the same lake and it used to be very long from her hip to her ankle and we believe it was all due to the broken ankle. They couldn’t find it until three weeks ago back very terrible doctors here in Albuquerque and yes, Hermosa don’t give her pain medicine on time on the wall. It says pain medication at 6:30 but right now it’s 722 so to be 8 o’clock with these people while the woman is crying and crying I wish I could put her in a better place. Yes we are, but I don’t wish you no harm. I wish her the best. She is the mother of my 10 children we love your daily and we were not last month. We had addition to the family one son had one girl and other son had one boy beautiful they’re both very beautiful and we got two more coming late. This fall like in November so God bless the woman pray for she is a very special person for her children and for her grandchildren they need a very very much so God bless that little woman and she is only 61 year-old please please, whoever reads this, please help that poor woman. We need to put pressure on these people to take care of the elderly there is just not my wife. Also there’s other old people there that are complaining quite a bit the other day while I was visiting the old lady was 97 year old next to Sandra my wife and that woman was so old. She was there for a broken leg and she wanted to get out and walk a little bit, nobody came there so she got off the bed by herself and fell. No, I don’t know if she hurt yourself or not but she’s not there no more Please help him. God bless.
DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE (or anyone) HERE!!!! This is by far the WORST place you could send anyone, especially a medically fragile person. Roaches, smelly, dirty, under qualified staff, messy staff, uncaring administration. Thankfully, our cirle was large enough to have someone with her throughout most of her day. I'm sure she would've died had we trusted them to do their job without follow up. My ELDERLY loved one had pelvic fractures and she was tossed about by UNQUALIFIED and understaffed personnel. They disregarded her screams and her pain. They left her in soiled depends throughout her 1 week stay which resulted in MORE medical issues. They didn't follow dietary restrictions even when we demanded it several times a day. They denied her pain management and made ZERO attempts to obtain her daily medication as well as medication for her severe pain. It took ME calling her primary every day to get any movement. The facility DENIED medical transport to another facility and injured her when one of the CNA's picked her up and plopped her in my car from her wheelchair. I repeatedly saw health and HIPAA violations throughout my 1 week experience with this so called rehab center. The infractions extended to all other patients at this facility. A member of their staff was observed screaming at a patient out of frustration and scared other patients in the hall. They left their med cart open with bubble packs on top of their med cart, patient information within anyone's view, dirty broken down bathrooms, piss poor food options, zero pain/med management unless you HOUND THEM, and even then, good luck. My loved one would've been better off on their own than this poor excuse for a rehab. My loved one suffered GREATLY and is TRAUMATIZED by this disgusting excuse for a facility. I will CONTINUE to tell anyone who will listen that this facility and any other Genesis property is dangerous and should not be an option for anyone who values life.
my mother been there for 3 days and they have given her food that is chopped up which she is capable of eating solid foods and the food is very cold and then they move patient who are alert without talking to them and being rude no respect for the elders. not only they give her a bathroom that is clogged this is not acceptable for the elders and they arent even helping her get up and move this is a rehab not just to let people die
Very impressed with the attentive kindness. Specifically Ms Gomez, extremely attentive to the needs of each patient. Very connected to those around her and the community. Sincerely, Trina Cox
Staff is professional, the facility is clean and maintained, and my loved one received prompt therapeutic intervention.
