Easily one of my highest recommended nursing facilities for skilled rehabilitation in the entire Seattle Metro area. The director of Rehab, Katie, and her therapy team are absolutely wonderful to work with, and very passionate about helping their patients rehabilitate and get home as soon as possible. Everyone on the therapy team makes my job easier, as they are always prepared, always provide documentation in a timely manner, and are very easy to communicate and coordinate with. I always thoroughly enjoy my weekly visits to Pine Ridge Post Acute care. Five big, huge stars!
If I could give zero stars I would. This place seems alright at a glance. It's clean and doesn't smell. However they seemed to be understaffed as far as I could tell, and the staff did not have time to answer my mothers call light for 12+ hours. During this period she sat in a filthy diaper that soaked through into her bedsheets. This all happened the first night she was there after being in the hospital for a heart attack. They did not check on her once the entire night. The next day when I confronted the charge nurse she was very dismissive and tried to throw the cna under the bus, the cna claimed that he was very busy. The charge nurse then tried to gaslight me with a spreadsheet that apparently showed that my mother had not pressed her call light AT ALL during her stay until roughly a half an hour before her first diaper change. This was all very convenient except for the fact that I had personally pressed her call button the night before and talked to the charge nurse and the CNA on staff and VERIFIED that the call button had worked! When confronted with that information the charge nurse with the spreadsheet became nasty with me and quickly allowed my mother to discharge herself AMA. They could not get us out the door fast enough. 0/5 star actual rating. I have reported them for neglect and for lying to me with apparently falsified records.
My mother has been at Pine Ridge for a year and three months. My sisters and I are very pleased with the care that she has received. The staff is very efficient, loving and caring. I love the staff here. The facility is very modern, clean and well kept. I can’t say enough nice things about this rehabilitation center. I highly recommend it.
My sister was there for 2 weeks and had the best experience and care. They were top notch nurses and aids , PT and OT. Can’t say enough good about this facility. Very clean, friendly staff and caring. The nurses that stood out for my sister were Herco and Jay. The PT people were Andy, Johnny , Jason and Megan. All excelled at their work. She was able to have her hair done by a wonderful gal named Zed. She was so kind and caring and made my sister feel special. She was also her CNA . Sydney who was in charge of social activities was absolutely amazing. Nicole, the social worker was excellent. There is more that we couldn’t mention, but everyone there was wonderful. She had the best experience . Highly recommend This facility.
Individuals do not treat their patients well. Be extremely careful. Patients develop sores and end up in ICU, ignore 911 calls. Home doesn't care.
