Do NOT bring your loved ones here. My brother came for rehab and all they have done is make him worse. The food is mostly inedible and the care from the staff is hit or miss.... mostly miss. They leave him in urine and feces for up to 24 hours before they clean him up. Unfortunately this seems to be the state of care in many, if not most, rehab and long term care facilities now a days.
They have 2-3 times as many nurses per patient than most facilities have. The patients seem more content and friendly as a result. Beyond that, the care my aunt received was proof that the entire staff is motivated by deep compassion and genuine concern. Highly recommended.
Transitional Care of Seattle I am getting the very best care here and do so much , we activities, socialize and we have our annual barbecue for staff and residence to get to know everybody even better it was awesome we played connect four played some games listen to different types of music and had a very big time blast it was awesome to see everyone here and get around and have people show up and be more active thank you transitional Care for being my home and my care for me to recover
Negative stars are needed! I think a couple ioff the other reciewsit's are fake! I've lived here for two years. If you want to sometimes wait an hour for your call light to be answered, this is the place to be.It happens often. A lot of the nursing staff could use better training. Sometimes I feel like I'm training them. The food here is the worst I've ever had. I've lost weight just sitting on my butt ( I'm disabled)because I won't eat the food. No one likes the food. It's been brought to the management's attention many times, but it never gets better. Good luck if you get stuck here.
My dad came here with just leg pain, he stayed for only two weeks, barley had any food, nobody helped him go to the restroom, made him wear diaper, checked up on him about twice a day, never checked his blood sugar, gave him medicine all the time for no reason, his blood sugar went very very low and he is a elder, this is not okay. He had a remote to call them for help and they never came and turned off their alerts for when her needed help. he left from here unconscious, do not go here they will not take care of you, he is now in the ICU because of them. I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE.
