Reviews
My parents live here and really like it. We have visited multiple times and stayed in the guest suites, which are very basic motel rooms that need new beds and better lighting. The pools are great and we like the weight room as well, these are great amenities. The breakfast is included with the guest suite fee and is excellent. Service is hit or miss at Mirabella, but mostly good. Consistency with portions and food quality in the dining room at dinner in Adagio is an issue. It feels like there is a lack of training or oversight in the kitchen. As an example, one night I was served 9 green beans. Another person at the table had over 20. One night I was served a much smaller than everyone else corner piece of burnt lasagna. This should not have left the kitchen. The breakfast and lunch cafe doesn't seem to have this issue and is excellent! Residents overall seem very friendly and welcoming, and many of the staff are super friendly and helpful, especially Maggie.
I went to visit my Mom who lives on the 4th floor. They take great care of her. Nice amenities and two restaurants. Great staff, easy on site parking and very attentive entry staff; Who monitor and verify that all visitors sign in and verify their destination within the building.
Hello, I’m reaching out with a serious concern and a question. Is there a specific email or contact where concerns can be sent regarding residents being recorded or photographed during private or vulnerable moments and then posted online? This is a sensitive matter involving elder privacy and dignity, and I’d prefer to report it through the appropriate internal channel.
We visited a friend who is staying here temporarily as they recover from knee surgery. It's a senior living residence with fantastic services and amenities. They also have a staffed nursing facility and memory care unit... They have a full bar and a formal dining restaurant on the 10th floor. Great views... The staff are wonderful. Very helpful with people recovering from surgery. The place is well organized and efficient. A beautiful facility.
We moved to Mirabella almost three years ago. We encountered a very warm, friendly welcome from residents and staff. We enjoy the many amenities in the facility including the fitness center and pools/hot tub. We appreciate the very walk-able neighborhood location with access to Lake Union Park, MOHAI, restaurants (when you want a change of scenery from our excellent dining options in house), and other services. We often walk to venues and events downtown but sometimes use the nearby stops for public transport to get to Seattle Center, downtown, Capital Hill or the University District. Mirabella also provides regular town car or bus service to varied shopping, museum, walks, art & cultural events/venues. Fortunately we have not yet had to avail ourselves of the health care services available here, but have heard from other current or former residents that they or their loved ones have had excellent health and/or memory care. The biggest problem we have is making choices from the very many resident planned and presented outings, educational programs and musical performances presented. It's impossible to do everything available. We're very happy to have chosen Mirabella!
