Queen Anne Healthcare has a very good professional and well skilled staff who are very committed to every patient living in their premises. Patients and residents are well fed and always good looking. They welcome visitors very well and give assistance if needed. I recommend you Queen Anne Healthcare in Seattle because they are indeed professionals. My mom is leaving there after her stroke since February 2023 and yet she feels at home. God bless you!

1. They told me “no” bed pan at night, not allowed, and put me in a diaper! Degrading! 2. Few days in & and am STILL waiting for medical adaptive equipment I require! 3. Potentially illegal medication error!!!!! 4. Some would consider the facility’s responding to people’s reviews posted here (publicly confirming a medical relationship with a patient) a serious breech of federal HIPAA patient privacy laws!!!!! 5.They seem to not care enough to correct the misspelling of ‘rating’ in a giant sign see picture. Breaking out here ASAP!

My 96 year old grandmother stayed here for 5 weeks following a broken hip last year. The nursing staff are amazing, she was very well taken care of and we were able to visit her often. She got 3 hot meals every day and was pretty happy with them. She had PT and OT multiple times per week - both services were great and so effective that she was back on her feet (with a walker) and back home very quickly! Social services and therapy did a great job coordinating her discharge home and making sure that all pharmacy, equipment, and home health needs would be met from the second she went home. I am very grateful to the whole staff for taking such good care of her and helping her recover so quickly. Nobody ever wants to have to stay in a nursing facility, but if you do, this is a great choice.

I found only 2 reviews that were from actual patients and/or their families, which is obviously fake and created by the employees of this facility. All of the other reviews are from employees that work there. My best friend was placed here after a major stroke just last week. So, far this place has been nothing but problems. The people that work here are disrespectful and totally inconsiderate. They speak to each other is some other language in front of their clients and visitors constantly. I believe that to be so incredibly rude. and now, last night when I stopped to see her, I was told by one of the orderlies that my friend "fell out of her wheelchair" and that is why she is covered in bruises. How does one "fall out of their wheelchair" in the first place? and isn't the insurance company paying these people to be my friends "care-givers?" NO care is involved with any of that! How is it that she was left alone and in a wheelchair by herself long enough for her to fall out of a sitting position unsupervised? How is any of that even possible? and how does one get all these bruises "falling" from a sitting position to the floor? That wouldn't be a very far drop at all! When I asked questions to the staff here, I was disregarded and no one would give me any answers. Wow! Disgusting that people are allowed to treat others this way, especially when they are being paid good money to be "care-giving!"

Avoid this place like the plague, it should lose its accreditation, licensing and be shut down by the state department of health. To call this place a "Skilled" care facility is both a cruel joke and a lie. Was here for about a week in April recovering from surgery on my leg. Much of the staff are inept and ignorant of most procedures and have a empty eyed, sullen and souless look of people just going through the motions and not caring about their work. This is partially explained by their lacking many of the needed or expected supplies and materials to perform their function as care givers. The facilities resemble a run down motel that is in serious need of repair and remodel. There seem to be no private rooms, you have to share with at least one other patient. Bathroom has run run down look and was not cleaned on a daily basis from what I observed. Staff lacks basic supplies one would expect in a care setting, things like proper tape and dressing material seemed in short supply and the supplies that came with me from the Hospital were almost gleefully used for my care. There were no disposable bed pads, they used rather worn out looking linen in this function, it ended up that these were often damp from seepage from my wounds and dressings. During my stay I ended up developing a severe case of candidiasis and cellulitis despite their care. Even with daily dressing changes from their "wound Care nurse" I managed to contract cellulitis and go septic under their care. The dressings they applied did not last very long, coming apart or falling off shortly after they changed them. Notifying the staff resulted in almost a sullen response Getting ill after hours is not recommended as they have no real medical staff on duty during the night, the night staff there are mostly bed pan jockeys who barely know how to take your temperature and blood pressure.. Despite having visible increasing symptoms of oncoming sepsis it took several hours for me to convince them to arrange transport to Harborview Hospital ER. I found out later I had developed a blood borne group G Streptococcal infection and shortly after admission to the ER that my lactate and white blood cell counts were both seriously elevated above normal range. Took another week of intensive IV antibiotic therapy at Harborview to get me back to normal and to be cleared for release. The insult added to injury was they asked if I wanted to have them hold a bed for me at hefty fee in case I returned. Food here was miserable and totally unsuited for anyone with diabetes. The food I was served in USMC boot camp was better and had more drink options. Staff will constantly ply you with coffee as it seems the only drink they have. There are no diet sodas or other drinks, their teas are the worst kind of herbal kind ,with cloying taste. I am appalled that this facility had a 5 star rating when I first checked it out on medical sites before deciding to go there for treatment. I will never ever agree to be sent to this facility again.
