My mother has been a long-time resident of Regency and we have continued to be impressed with her entire care team. From the nursing staff to the activity team to the very caring aides, they are treat my mom with care and dignity. I see a staff that goes the extra mile for their residents to ensure they are safe, comfortable and that their days are filled with joy and light. They are accessible to our family to answer our questions and work with us on any situation. The facility itself is clean and offers many diverse and fun activities to engage the residents. The entire staff genuinely cares about the people who are there.

I absolutely love this place. My mom is there and has so much fun doing the activities. She loves Bingo, trivia, the horse races and all the art. Jocelyn and Eden are amazing she gets her nails done every Sunday. He nurses and all the aides work very tirelessly. They are always so busy and really do the best they can with all the clients. They love their patients and are just such hard workers. I can't wait to in old enough to go there.. Honestly I'm looking forward to it!!!

Over the past 8 years, our family has experienced outstanding care for our mom and we sincerely appreciate the staff at Regency. Even though I, personally, live out of state, I feel connected to the staff - they warmly greet me when I come to visit, and they help set her up with phone calls with me daily. The consistency of the staff we have witnessed over this time is important to me for two reasons: 1) it makes our mom feel she is amongst family and 2) it speaks to the employees WANTING to be there and their commitment to the residents. We have countless experiences where staff have gone above and beyond, not just to make our mom feel safe and cared for, but to make her feel important and respected. The nursing staff and aides amaze me with how they balance professionalism with care and kindness. The regular activities planned for the residents are vital to their overall well-being. Between the Bingo games, dog shows, concerts, nail painting, outings, etc., I can tell from 1,000 miles away on the phone when my mom has had this kind of enrichment and I am so grateful! Most importantly, our mom feels she is in the right place!

This past year I was the proxy guardian for an elderly female resident at Regency. This entailed coordinating every aspect of her life from dental and vision to all her health needs. This could not have been done without the incredibly professional, expert, empathetic, responsive, and caring assistance from the entire staff at Regency until she passed away. Her family and I will be forever grateful for Regency's care for her in the last months of her life.
