We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers/Companions. As a Caregiver/Companion, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in need, promoting their well-being and independence. Responsibilities: - Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Help with meal preparation and medication reminders - Accompany clients to appointments or outings - Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients - Implement behavior management strategies when necessary Requirements: - Experience in senior care, assisted living, or related fields is preferred - Ability to perform heavy lifting when needed - Knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Compassionate and patient demeanor - Certification in nursing, social work, or direct support is beneficial - Willingness to undergo training as required Join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need.
